My turmeric tea recipe:
1 stem from an organic turmeric root
1 stem from an organic ginger root
1 tbsp Raw honey
1 organic mint leaf
Boil water, grate ginger and turmeric into boiling water. Add mint. Reduce heat to low (almost off) and let sit for 10 minutes. Pour tea over strainer into a cup stir in honey. Super yummy!
